  • Candidate Selection and Presentation: Shortlisting candidates who meet the employer's requirements and presenting their profiles and resumes to the employer for consideration. Coordinating interviews and assessments between employers and candidates.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all necessary legal and regulatory requirements are met during the recruitment process, such as verifying candidates' work permits, residency permits, and other necessary documentation.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Assisting in negotiating job offers between employers and candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms. Facilitating the acceptance and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with job seekers, providing career advice, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Market Research and Trends Analysis: Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, industry developments, and talent acquisition strategies in the Middle East. Providing insights and recommendations to employers regarding recruitment practices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining applicant tracking systems, updating candidate databases, and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Ethical and Professional Conduct: Upholding ethical standards and adhering to local labor laws and regulations. Ensuring fairness, transparency, and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
